restoration. We work with holistic principles of integrating body
and mind.
Following the initial
Assessment, you will be working with an Instructor that we feel
is most suited to your particular goals and body type.
We found that most
of our clients need to start with our Foundation Programme before
moving to more challenging fitness routines. |

Palecek
Principles Foundation Programme is delivered and taught by Pilates
Instructors and it is designed to:
- Prepare the body
for daily tasks and challenges
- Provide foundation for the various fitness goals and enhance
sports performance
- Rehabilitate and provide injury prevention
- Increase body awareness and core strength
- Establish correct muscle balance and flexibility |

You
may wish to stay with Pilates exercises and train towards classical
repertoire or move to Yoga or functional fitness training –
our Fitness Programmes. Then you start working with a fitness coach
and your training will include more challenging routines indoors
& outdoors, resistance training, agility training, sport specific
training etc. Apart
from the fact that you will be able to exercise from the comfort
of your own home/gym/office or outdoors, at the hour that suits
you best, you will be coached by a highly experienced group of
Palecek Instructors who have trained directly under Sonia Palecek
herself to deliver exercise, nutritional advice and a blend of
motivational strategies that will keep you on track and attaining
your goals.

£650.00 for a block of 10 one-hour classes
