One of our fully qualified Instructors will come to your residence to instruct, motivate and see that your exercise and goals are tailored to your body type and lifestyle.

First class is an assessment, which includes medical, nutritional and lifestyle assessment as well as thorough postural observations.

Please note that we have 24-hour cancellation policy.
All 6 classes have to be used within 8 weeks from the start date.

After completing all 6 classes from this special offer, you may continue to train with us at the regular cost of £650.00 for a block of 10 classes.
